Getting banned isn't fun, but I recognize that in order to keep a friendly environment sometimes users have to be banned. For those of you that are reading this and have been banned, if you were banned by ex0, chances are your ban is permanent even if its a first offense. Otherwise if you were banned by someone else your ban is usually 1440 minutes (1 day), depending on the nature of your offense.

Some bans may not be appealed. If you did one of the following you are under that category.

Any sort of hacking.
Buffer overflows.
3rd strike for any offense in a 120 day period.

If your ban does not fall under that category, it may be appealed for a second chance to return. Some things we don't take lightly to are verbal abuse towards women in our servers, microphone spamming, and offensive sprays as we do have players under 18 on the server. Should you have done one of those you will likely have to serve your ban completely before your given a second chance to enjoy our servers.

All appeals are taken on a case by case basis, just because someone else was allowed to have a second chance on our servers yesterday or today does not mean you will too.

People who donate to XeN to help keep our servers alive are subject to the same rules, and do not receive any leniency or special treatment.

Typical ban length (this is based upon a first offense, typically it doubles on a triples on a second offense and results in permanent ban on a third offense), this does not cover everything these are just to give users a general idea.

Microphone Spamming (music, sounds, etc) - 1 day
Offensive sprays (depending on severity) - 3 day
Verbally abusing women - 7 day
Skywalking / Map exploitation - 3 day
Hacking - 9999 day
Buffer overflow - 9999 day
